DeepinAI.Fluentinbusiness.
I research, develop, and implement AI systems with a marketing strategist's instinct for growth. I find where a business is losing time, missing opportunities, or making work harder than it needs to be. Then I build a better way.
The stack I run daily
The system is only half the job.
A working application is a start. The bigger questions are whether it solves the right problem, fits the way people work, and creates a meaningful business advantage. That's where I work.
I connect applied AI research and development with marketing strategy, process design, and implementation. I care about the whole path: how a lead becomes a customer, how information moves between teams, and what should happen without someone chasing it. Sometimes the answer is an agent. Sometimes it's a custom application, a connected workflow, or removing a process that never needed to exist.
I'm not attached to making everything AI-powered. I'm attached to making it work better.

Case studies with the outcome up front: a contractor at #1 locally, and an email program up 13%.

Every app-like project in one console, with working replicas you can click through.
Open the consoleDesign: emails, pages, UI
HTML emails, landing pages and interface work, rebuilt with a fictional brand so you can see them properly.

Multi-agent systems, MCP connectors, and a chat agent you can interview about all of it.

Software you can click through, not just read about.
Live products, internal tools rebuilt with sample data, and the research projects in between. Drag the row, or open the console for all 35.
I take the complexity.
You get the leverage.
Researcher when the answer is unclear. Builder when it's time to make it real. Strategist throughout.
Find the leverage.
Understand the customer, the commercial opportunity, and where the work gets stuck. Challenge the brief before automating the wrong thing.
Research the answer.
Test the models, tools, and assumptions against the actual task. A convincing demo is not the same thing as a dependable system.
Build it into the business.
Develop the application, connect the workflow, and make the experience usable. The technology has to fit the people, not the other way around.
Make adoption stick.
Train the team, watch what happens, and improve the system. Launch is a checkpoint. Useful is the goal.

- Plan and run campaigns across email, events, product launches and lead nurturing, including a student design competition, product line launches and showroom events.
- Built custom MCP servers for the CRM, sales-enablement and events platforms so AI can work across the whole marketing stack.

How I think
Systems thinking
When I see a manual, repetitive, inconsistent process, my first move is to work out what can be automated, structured or removed.
Strategic creativity
I have a strong eye for branding, positioning and visual direction. If something looks cheap, it usually is. If it looks premium, someone cared about it.
Builder first
I do not just pitch ideas. I ship production applications, deploy real tools and train the teams who use them.
AI fluency
I build multi-agent setups, MCP servers and production workflows, and I know the difference between using AI as a tool and running it as infrastructure.
A creator who understands business.
I walk into an environment, work out what is missing, and build the system that fixes it. I ship real software, run real campaigns and measure the result.

What the work is teaching me.
Confidence is cheap. Evidence is the work.
What building Saturview and experimenting with agent infrastructure taught me about supported answers, honest evaluations, and knowing when a system is not ready.
The last mile is where implementation gets real
Building the application was only part of the sales-enablement newsletter project. Discovery, brand control, delivery, and the rep’s actual workflow decided whether it would be useful.
Thirteen percent, and the strategy behind the workflow
The value of AI in email is not simply faster copy. It is creating more room for the audience, offer, segmentation, and delivery decisions that make the work useful.
