Conference-room double bookings were a constant fire drill during a major internal conference: two teams, one room, a scramble every time. I built a time-grid scheduler that reads live calendar availability, blocks conflicts across both rooms and every attendee, sends the invite, and tracks dietary needs.

The scheduler surfaced a $20,000+ sales opportunity within weeks, a booking pattern that would have stayed buried in an inbox.
